Late last week we received the final advance copies of the Limited Edition and Standard Editions of the book.

The container is steaming across the Pacific - and should arrive in Los Angeles in the next 10 days. We will let you know when it arrives.
The invites for the VIP event on July 16th are being printed and should go out on Monday, along with the email invites.
